This isn't your Grandma's blue ribbon!  As part of The Great Minnesota Get Together the Minnesota Homebrewers Association and St. Paul Homebrewers Club will be hosting the 8th Annual Minnesota State Fair Homebrewed Beer, Mead and Cider Competition.

Get your entries together!  On-line registration will be open from July 20nd to August 6th. You can drop off your entries in person at either Midwest Supplies or Northern Brewer between July 30th and August 6th. Mail-in entries will be accepted Midwest Supplies only.

 Judging will take place on Friday, evening August 20th, AND Saturday, August 21st, on the State Fair grounds at the Creative Activities Annex.  Best of Show judging and awards will be held during the Minnesota State Fair, on Saturday, August 28th at 11am on the Education Building’s outdoor stage.

Our 3rd annual PF Summer Brew Fest is right around the corner. The party is set for August 28.  Evites will be sent out in the next week, be sure to put it on the calendar, it's a party you do not want to miss. Club members will be providing heavy appetizers and the beer to sample. Party attendees with pick a "Best of Show" winner. There will also be a raffle. Bring all your friends!!
