A few times a year the PF members challenge each other to a homebrew competition.  A style, recipe guidleines, or specific ingredients are specific and club members try to make the best beer given those parameters.  The beers are all tasted at a future event and a winner is picked.  Each champion has the honor of planning the next competition and setting the rules.
